We're passionate about the food we prepare for you. We strive to keep things simple with a focus on pure, seasonal, fresh and local ingredients.

Our approach to food is a bit of a marriage of philosophies. We are passionate about fish and chips and its role in the Georgian Bay experience. Yet, we always wanted to run a cafe serving up amazing garden-fresh salads, incredible desserts and fantastic beverages. Gilly's makes this marriage work by serving up the best of both worlds.
